Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods:
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the continental United States.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout).

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, Petron Plus MN ships only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

Return Process:

  1. Email us at kevin@petronplusmn.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item to:

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at kevin@petronplusmn.com or call 612-363-7176. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.
